A Visit with Dean James Thompson
Dean James
Thompson. DVM, PhD is the Dean of the University of Tennessee College of
Veterinary Medicine. He specializes in Internal Medicine, Immune-Mediated
Disorders, Infectious Diseases, and Oncology.
Dean Thompson
and Dr. Claire Eldridge came to the Holiday Inn on Friday morning to speak to
all the folks from Yorkie Angel Patrol. The Dean wanted to let us know he
appreciates all that we are doing for the UT Angel Fund and the UT Fancy Fund
and to also let us know how important these funds are to helping liver shunts
and collapsing trachea. Dean Thompson let us know that if we need
anything, he is here for our group!!!!
We do
apologize to Dean Thompson for messing up his schedule on Friday!! He was
slated to spend a half an hour with us, and in actuality, he spent an hour and a
half at out Get Together. We do realize he is a very busy man with a very
hectic schedule, so that extra time he took with us was very special.

Friday Morning
The morning started off with a breakfast of yogurt,
bagels, fresh blackberries, strawberries, grapes and banana's and lots
of coffee!!
